What Is Peccary Leather?

The refrain says that "beauty is skin deep" and this comes definitely for peccary leather. Under the tough image we have of this wild creature, is hidden a soft and beautiful skin, considered as a luxury since 13th century. Peccary leather has been used mostly in the glove industry and is super high class leather, but it is used also in manufacturing other fashion items such as garments, belts and bags. Comparing to cowhide, peccary leather is more expensive but you can see and feel the difference.
